For engaging the services of the company Stralead ( India) private Limited as a “Contract Coordinator” and “Trustee for Contract Funds”, the Client and Consultant need to contact the company through the website and after accepting an online agreement, such services can be obtained from the company for a “Contract coordination fee ” ( 2% of the gross contract value).
In such contracts the Client deposits the full contract value with the Company “Stralead (India) private Limited (website www.strategytolead.com) as an advance in a nominated “Escrow account”, and the company acts as “Trustee for Contract funds” and releases the payments ( in stages where applicable) from the Escrow account to the consultant based on the agreed contractual terms by him with the client after deducting 2% of transaction value as contract coordination fee for every transaction .
In case the contract goes for dispute and the same cannot be settled mutually between the client and consultant within the agreed period as per contract, than a third party arbitrator ( agreed by both parties at the time of signing the contract ) is appointed by the company whose decision would be treated as final and binding to both parties, based on which the payments would be released by the company after deducting its “contract coordination fee”.
