Payments for “service charges” for using the platform to post assignment/explore consultant or post as consultant/explore assignments is as per the “User agreement” and once agreed by the Client or the Consultant, the same is to be made through the secured direct Payment Gateway for availing any services from the website .
Payments for “contract coordination fee” for using the company as a contract coordinator are deducted at the time of releasing every payment to the consultant from the nominated escrow account as per terms of contract .
Payments for using the company Stralead ( India) private Limited for availing its services for online consultation or site based contracts would be either through a “secured direct Payment Gateway” or through “Direct deposit” in the nominated bank account and sending a scanned copy through email as a confirmation against the reference of online application
